The only thing I can still think of is that the brand new gearbox is kinda tight. It isn't any of the reasons above then...
When I have it open and rotate the gears by hand I don't see any additional drag or rubbing and everything is smooth.
Also after the diff rebuild, when rotating one side of the diff it's all quiet, when rotating the other side it makes a cliking noise. Fuck, as they say, you shouldn't touch a working thing.
All help is appreciated.
Have you checked those plastic caps on the outdrives? Maybe the binding could be from the plastic flashing.

Also when I close the gearbox, I back it out 1/4 of a turn. Once the gearbox breaks in, you can snug the screws up.

You can see them here, in the middle between the cases. They slide over the outdrives, and are designed for use with the dust boots..

The standard DEX210 kit comes with an aluminum chassis with bolt on plastic sides just like the 22. There are also several different aftermarket aluminum chassis lengths available.

One question, is too bad the RTR version of this car? I would like to get one, but as i'm not going to race i would like to keep cost at a minimum... The kit is a lot more expensive than the RTR what are the big differences??

There's a lot more to the kit (from any manufacturer) but you can't get a dex210 kit right now since their coming out with a new one... soon.
If your not racing, don't worry about the extras. The rtr comes with decent electronics, its a great deal. Replace the servo, same with any other rtr.
