It's the gear diff. The diff is smooth, pretty sure be eliminated it as part of the problem.

Yeah, the gear diff is a real PITA to get to run smoothly. I've found that if you tighten the diff screws too tightly, it will create spots where it binds. I usually spin the gear box, try to find the spots where it binds and then back off that screw a little bit. You won't get it perfect right away but as you run the buggy it will loosen up and smooth itself out.

Copy this link and see what you think. Go to the bottom of the page to see pic. This could be a game changer if it fits. It is the front bulkhead from the PRS1. It moves the arms only forward 5mm. This will help with uptravel, clear the steering links away from the spring cups. Does anyone know if it's the same bolt pattern and will work??

You can get this in the US And Europe at various shops.

Well I hope to get it if it doesn't jump too high. But it seems there are some eager bidders that might snag it lol

It'll be my main focus once I get back from vacation Now the question is, do I use my Maclan 17.5 or my Schuur 17.5?

Congrats ebbtide!!!
I am thinking of pulling the trigger on the Dex-Exotek chassis and then throwing in laydown tranny. Or I might jump ship and buy a whole differnet buggy. Can't make up my mind yet. I have so many Dex parts.
Please let us know what you think once you get it running and some pics.
Take care all

Well I intend to bug you all for setup advice when I get it so stay frosty

If you can get the chassis for a steal I'd go for it. A lot cheaper than a new buggy at least

It's now 75 bucks in Exotek site. Definitely cheaper than a new buggy.
