are you talking about sensored vs sensorless? it is alot smoother, I mean alot, but you dont have the massive torque you do from a sensorless, but you dont need it in this truck unless you like to drive sideways. The senored system is less effiecient though dso you have to be a little more carefull selecting your gearing

I was talking about sensored vs. sensorless, I ran the 4600 in mine for a long time and it handeled well but when I switched to a 10.5, it was worlds better...That was running on a huge 1/8th track and a very small indoor track and there were improvements at both tracks...

soooooooooo,my question is.....does anyone know if there is a alloy hop up for the idler gear? maybe from a differnet associated kit?

man hopfully my nylon nuts come from amain today its been a week . also i had to make my own spacer to fit inside for the nut to do up onto , because sum of the un-threaded axle pokes through, so doing a nut up in side will not pull up to the hub it will bottom out when the tread stops , man this things a nightmare .so the washer or spacer needs a out side DIA. to fit inside the hub and a inside DIA. hole to go over the axle .

tried out the truck with the 17mm hex adaptors with onroad wheels to begin with.the grip was to much for the idler gear and ripped three teeth of it after only 5 corners.what a stink one

well i find amain pretty good . i can get stuff from them and get it in 5 days from the usa to australia . they ship out my stuff the same day . shipping cost is pretty good for small items as well . buying anything imperial for my sc10 or my bros rc10gt is quicker to order it from amain and wait 5days than get it orded through my lhs , they just dont stock imperial stuff or AE parts.

More Anti Squat helps with weight transfer and accleration, but can hurt off power traction. It just depends on what type of track you run on. i run more on carpet and asphalt. I run less on bumpy off road tracks.
My personal experience on dirt, I run 1 degree anti squat.

i could not believe what i did .... i put on the stock sc10 hinge pin holder and added the 3 shims so that made it 5 .... i thought i have put on a b4/t4 one and didnt.... much to what i know about what had happended the trk handles very well on a very bumpy loose track so im not sure but i may just keep it like that for few races and see what it does
