Looks great man! What aluminum part is that in the front, not the rod-type brace, but the part that goes over the steering linkages? Too bad my local track does not allow aftermarket chassis!

Quick question guys. I have a Novak GTB and the specs say "Compatible with all Novak 540-size brushless motors". I am going to be running stock 17.5 class. So I am going to want to get the Novak 540 SS 17.5 motor? Or can I get the Ballistic 550 17.5 motor? What the are advantages/disadvantages of both these motors?

I will be using this in a SC10

I would recommend that Ballistic 17.5t which is a 540 motor. You will like that with the GTB. No issues at all. I run the Novak SS Pro with the Havoc Sport ESC. I am planning to upgrade the the new Havoc Pro SC and Ballistic 17.5 for our winter series.

The 550 motors are for the 4x4s.

i run the st racing one , got it off ebay and i have to say the quality is top notch. the price is very good to alil cheaper than the rest. the only thing is im not sure if im ment to put a nut on the rear to hold them or is it just held by the drive pin . im not running a nut and it seems to work well , the standard rear nut does not fit inside the 17mm hex hub , im guessing that the drive pin is what holds it.

Hi guys and gals. Just picked up a used SC10 here on rctech. Also picked up some Lipos from here from a different user. These are the ones I purchased:

Turnigy 5200mAh 2S 30C Hard-Case Car Lipo Pack

http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbyking/s...dProduct=10277

I noticed afterwards that the wires come out from the end of the battery case instead of the side or top. Anyone else using these for their SC10, and is the wire in any type of danger of coming loose or smashing against anything when being run?

Thanks! Looking forward to running my new truck!

I think you can cut a slot in the foam for it.
