I have the GTB as well. Its tight, but it fits. Believe it or not the GTB fits under a 4wd buggy body too, thats tight.

You need to relocate the mounting holes on the arms and mount the shocks inside of the tower.

Stock brushed gearing is 20/87 for brushless 75/26 is recommended for 13.5

I would get the 75 to be on the safe side. Brushless motors can burn up if not geared right, regardless what anyone says about them.http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...-Spur-Gear-75T

Can you post a pic of what you have done? You can always cut a small piece of fuel tubing and put it on the shock shaft on the outside of the shock that will limit your down travel but not effect your ride height.

Ratios one more time THANKS

Thankss i will look into that, can i run 75/17 for a mod 10.5 motor? Or are these ratios good? Thanks for the help!!

87/23 mod 10.5
87/20 stock
75/26 mod 13.5

i can in little bit i had already put the stock parts back on and also the truck back chassis is about 1/2 to 3/4 from hitting ground when shocks bottom out thnx Will G

87/23 mod 10.5
87/20 stock
75/26 mod 13.5

The smaller the pinion the more power you will have and cooler temps. The taller the pinion will give you more top end speed but will run hotter. I run 87/17 with my 19t brushed motor which is similar to a 13.5. For a 10.5 I would try going down 3 to a 23 at first, check your temps and work from there. How big is the track you run on? You really want to top out at about 75% of the straight.

Are you using the GT2 mounting positions? If you did drill new holes you might have laid the shocks down too much.

Outtacontrol are you racing the SC money series starting on the 12th?
