140 is great. Over 170 and your pushing it.
Thats fine, but back it off 1 click you want to have a slight slip.

What do you mean by one click? like a full 360 degree turn? also, if i race mod i will probably have to go buy goose bumps because i know it is def. a traction race lol Thanks for the help too

Keep trying 1/8 at a time until it slips just enough and its fine.

When do i know when its "just right", what action do i take to test this ?

Is when you can hear it slip for a few feet from a stop, the adjustment will very with track condition. Wet and sticky = tighter, slick = looser.
