umm... no offense but... as much as I do like the ten-scte shocks (mostly for their travel), there are so much binding it's also tricky to tune.
the durango shocks on the other hand, are some of the best quality I've seen, perhaps a little bit short on the short course trucks, but they work just fine.
and the ones for buggy are pretty much perfect in size, don't see any reason changing them to other brands.

I'm going to run practice for a few hours sat. So I might throw the scte ones on just to see if I feel a better difference in comparison to the r 10mm bore. And if it does improve I will probably just pick up a set of TD big bores. I would rather not have to spend the extra money if I don't find myself needing them. I race at a small indoor track with one small triple so the small bores did a good job from what I saw. I could see big bores for larger tracks and bigger jumps but the small bores are set up well now and even when I overshot it still did not bottom out. Thanks for the info and pictures.

Yes I mounted the collars upside down because the smaller diameter stadium truck springs can't fit around the collars base. The spring perch at the bottom are from my TD shocks.

Guys first track report on the prototype. I had some time to kill and finished painting up the body. So I decided it was time. First thoughts..............Awesome! Our track is clay/sand mix and gets really loose if not swept. Perfect time to see how the car would launch in this loose stuff. Car would track and put down power great. Jumped good and handled everything great. I had to tune the shocks a bit for the different wt./layout but I think I have a good base now. I also had to add the rear sway to get some on power steering back. So far I love how the center diff transformed the car. Next step is to finish the electronics and race the thing under pressure situations. So far tooooo good to be true.

Well, you've thrown the strip of bacon to the pack of rabid wolves. Sounds great and let us know how the race test goes and most importantly when the production run begins!!!!!!!!!

I dunno what you guys are talking about. I just cut the battery strap center section out, my v3 has had the diff in forever. Batterys just pop out the left side where the dip is.
Now the DESC.. .thats annoying, unless you stand em up
