The S2 body for the Xray XB2, was this designed with the intention of fitting with the spur gear on both sides of the car? I'd assume when the 3-gear transmission comes that means the orientation of the transmission and top shaft with flip to the other side of the car. I'd also assume alot of xb2 ce owners will be making this upgrade.

Unfortunately no, it was made for the current car that is available. This is the number 1 reason we don't like making Xray bodies because they release new models every 8-9 months

I am considering on picking up a RC10 Worlds car and was looking for a upgrade for the bell crank and saw that Jcon has one but out of stock. Is there any word of when the Bell cranks for the RC10 Worlds car will be available again?

Why are the 1/8th lexan wings clear? Wouldn't they be way stronger if you used a similar thin plastic that was black, white, or red? For example: Old Traxxas Slash bodies and other RTR bodies weren't clear, and lasted forever compared to a regular lexan body.

Might be worth looking into. Many racers are avoiding the switch because the new wings are more fragile.

I'm told BY Jason that its unlikely to come back.

(I tried to order one also and I called JCO direct when they had had a pre-order for some other parts, and it was listed as BackOrder- cause I wanted to save on shipping) and was told is wasn't being made anymore.

for the carpet specific tires, how does the pink compound they come in compare to the other compounds in hardness? Trying to get an idea if these could be okay at the track before plunking down the cash. So for example, pinks feel softer than the yellow compound, etc.

Because the lexan is clear and the color (silk -screened) shouldn't really add any strength.

Traxxas pre painted bodies are clear lexan that is silk-screened and in my experience seem to be about the same.

Later this month.

Well its a completely different type of rubber, so it's not really comparable to our normal compounds. It feels more springy and holds its shape compared to a hard dirt tire. You could have a dirt compound feel the same hardness, but it still wouldn't work nearly as well as the carpet compound .

Our pink is a med/soft and could be comparable to a Schumacher yellow.

Our local medium bite carpet offroad guys are liking these tires a lot compared to Schumacher yellows which were formerly the standard there.
