I'm thinking Bar Codes front and rear on buggy and truck and either Bar Codes or Pressure Points for SCT. Green or Blue rear and maybe orange front.
During the nitro race last month it was super grooved up, but they didn't sweep/clean the track for 1/10th scale, so I ran 3D's in buggy and PP's in SCT. For the Clash, we will be brooming the track for 10th scale . |
never mind.....it was answered.

We had a delay; so we are planning on having production Black Jackets for the JConcepts Clash in Sept.
It's on the list, but most likely in the Fall. |

For the SC10 hexes, the problem is that once they're stripped, going to a 2mm longer screw doesn't help, as you still only have 2mm of thread to work with. If you "upgrade" from the start, then it might help. Like dizzy1 though, the first one I installed stripped before it could clamp onto the axle.
I re-tapped mine to 2-56 and used 1/4" screws. No need to drill for the tap, but I did have to drill the untapped side for the screw to go in. I also compressed the hex with a pair of pliers while installing. |
