al dante and myself are currently working on the old Target building in Lakewood, at about Colfax and Quail, they are at least interested and I have sent them some specifics in regards to our requirements. I also have put the word out with two different Commercial Realtors....

This sounds very good...I think the contact would be Club President Steve Folle

Lets get this posted and see if we can get some love!

this is part of my entire point. everyone seems to want to get the ball rolling, but is unwilling to take control of the matter. put yourself down as a contact. make the deal. as is quite obvious, we have no where to go. if you put something together, bring it to the club and here, this is what i have. now lets look at the options, which at this point are ZERO. everyone in the club has the athourity to broker a deal, you do not need permission, or authority, just do it. hell, a 40 x 40 track is better than what we currently have. this club was founded by a couple of people that stepped up and said, yes......i will do what i can to make this happen.....now lets do it.

at 525 were we in the black? if so that seems to be the budget to look for
we dont have to have the largest carpet track in the US. westy was about 75
x 60 not sure of the exact dimensions.

guys, dont let a few bad eggs ruin the club, theres too many great guys in this club,if they dont want to help out then they should get out.

Mtn Man - HT Westy was 48 x 88.

As to the $525 amount, part of what we thought we could do was to raise money during the summer to help offest some of the cost to rent indoor spaces for the winter. Not sure where the dollars are for the club at this point, but I'm sure FB/FX will have the numbers for our meeting.

I also want to remind everyone that we purchased the 60 x 120 carpet so that "We Could" run up to that size track. Best example was going to 48 x 100 prior to nationals

Maybe we can use the smaller space at arapahoe, but I don't remember what its size was.
