Had a great time today out there! Nice to meet some of the guys that came out. I just need to change front tires from proline ribs to something with a mini pin on my b5m. It pushed way to much with these front tires. Had Jconcepts DD's on my mini with proline holeshots in the front and it hooked really good. So need to do that to my B5M.

Great day just hot! Thankfully I had the ezup there!

For those of you who have made it to the Tuesday night races, I know there have been 7-9 heats. How late is racing finishing up (it is a work night).

Unfortunately, I don't think the management of the Pegasus Hobby Shop really sees the value (and profitability) of having a quality racing track attached to their hobby shop the way some other shop/tracks do, and thus have not been consistently committed to the track or those who run it. Because of this, the track is run by people who do it for passion and not for profit, so when the passion wanes... no more good track at Pegasus.

I am bummed about the state of things... I love to race outdoors.
This track has never been ran good!! They had a moron running it for years that didnt know how to build a jump!!! Why go there when theres topnotch tracks around like motorhead rc,ocrc etc

The track is now run by Notch Johnson. It has never been this good. I ran it last night and we had 8 full heats and a great program. They race Tuesday Nights at 7p. You need to come down and check it out for yourself. Lots of traction, lots of maint. and blowers to keep the race line clean. I was impressed.

Quick cel phone picture..

I've been wanting to jump back into 17.5 buggy but am so hesitant due to Pegasus being the only close track to me as ocrc is 1hr away. It just seems that once things get going at peg they fall apart due to what ever circumstances. Sorry if that was a bit negative...

I am personally happy to see Pegasus running again. I love outdoor racing, 10th scale electric, its my passion. I run the indoor tracks occasionally, but outdoor draws me back. Stock buggy seems to be the most competitive class out there. Pegasus is drawing consistent crowds, only to grow (we all hope) moving forward.

Pick up someone's left over buggy, slap on some holeshots/bowties and come throw roost with us.

I will be out there racing once I get more practice in and recover from surgery. Right now I am getting my B5M all prepared!

There have been quite a few nights with a Gas Truck class...I know I am building up something for that very purpose...if you bring them, we will make a class
