Just thought id let some one there at massive mods know that I was about to purchase a motor, but after no one replyed to my email for over a week now, I now have chosen to go with another brand.

Not wanting to sound like a winger but i was hesitant to hand money over if no one is even replying to an email.

unfortunately this seems to be a common theme now. When Mark was on the scene you would always get a response within an hour. I had $550.00 to spend and I was going to buy a 7 port with pipe and a three port. Again no response and my money went to tower hobbies in the US.

Either the new owners are slackers and do not understand the importance of talking and responding to their customers OR Mark left in a huge hurry and did not explain or guide the new owners at all.

Heard from a mate that he basically dumped the business into the new owner's hands and left. If this is untrue then I'm sorry but it's what I heard. Either way I feel that the new owners are pretty much doomed as almost all their goodwill will have disappeared by the time they get their act together.

Hey guys im bummed to hear the service is not the same but you have to give the new owners time to get their infrastructure up to date.

The sale and hand over have been happening since June last year. The actual transition happend early october last year just before i attended the worlds. bad timing ? yeah .. Transtion just before x mas .. even worse.

The new updated site will be up end of Jan. Lots of work is going on behind the scenes to make it a better shopping portal.

Cheers MM
