I see you just joined,so if your here to start bad mouthing massive mods you won't be here long. I can say from years of dealing with them I have always received items in a timely manner[when it's not sitting in customs]. Like you I ordered some parts from Italy on the 5th,still not here. Just remember we are in the busiest time for mailing anything all year. One last thing,as far as go engines parts there are a bunch of dealers on here. Just put the word out and you will have more then enough. I needed orings for the needles.Got about 8 complete sets. One gent sent me some free from NewZeland. All's I'm saying is let us know what you need and I am sure some one here will go out of their way to help you.

not here to bad mouth any one just need to get hold of them i am in sydney australia and i have tried contacting them everyway possible and still can't get hold of them they won't answer my emails or any messages i have left them on there answering machine so don't tell me i'm bad mouthing them just want to contact them to find out if i can get the parts i have already paid for i have even asked them for there adress so i can get my own courier to pick the parts up still no answer.

Hi baldy, Now I don't know the complete story here, so this may not be 100% correct. I believe Mark has stepped away from the shop / website side of Massive Mods to concentrate on the MG66 / A-Main fuel side of things. This probably means someone else has taken over the shop and website and are busy trying to find their feet and sort their new business out. I also believe the Massive Mods shop has just moved location, to where I don't know (I live in New Zealand). So taking all this into account plus the Xmas mail frenzy I guess your stuff is in the pipeline somewhere.
I hope this helps to explain part of what is going on.

Nice win in the Ashes by the way . It´s ok - this is an Aussie / Kiwi thing, and I wouldn't expect anyone not from down under to understand what I´m talking about :D

Hey Baldy

im really sorry to hear this is happening . I have sold off about 60 % of the company including the web site . the problem is the new owners trying to keep up with it and the x mas craziness. I have given them the heads up to get off their asses and give some service asap. again im sorry for this , its no excuse.

please PM me your name and order number and ill see what i can do from my end.

FYI everyone . we are still preparing a press release but the web site is now under new ownership. The fuel distribution and fuel processing plant is now wholly owned by MMI Australia , who were originally taking care of all bulk MM fuel orders for the last 2 years. I really care about the customer care being at the same level but it will be nearly impossible to meet at this time of year.

I have been completely under the pump with 2 other companies i own so im doing my best to make the transition as smooth as possible.

for fuel please enquire at www.rchobbyzone.net

Cheers MM

Yep FEMCA for sure :D there is also talk of a MM cup the weekend prior in Cairns wich I'd also like to attend but not sure if can take that much time off work in one hit and would also be a logistics nightmare ?

Hope to represent well in 2011
