Yeah watching yours go on the weekend, and several others makes me lean towards a GO. Thanks MM for clearing the differences up,

I'm thinking of a 3 Port to start with, and then step it up to a 5 port. Alot of people are using them, not so much up my way, but i have only really seen one, play up on a hot start, so i'm not going to let that bother me.

Set-up is the key.

My name is Rob, I'm a member of Manning Valley Radio Control Car Club (MVRCCC), in Taree, I hope i haven't offended anyone, just wanted input from others using these motors before i get one, but i think i'll have to get one now, be a bit different from the ALPHA pack up here, lol.

Thanks guys ! Rock it ,, and sorry to anyone if i havent responded to emails .. we are up dating our server and site .. we got slammed with so many hits we have had to upgrade everything incl my PC ! which by the way has heaps more lights and buttons now .. ( thats a good thing rite ? )

PS the A Main fuel is always gonna be sold out so just order as per normal , there will only be a MAX 2 day delay if we get cought short ! We are building a larger facility for the Sydney bulk production of fuels , and new state of the art measuring , temp control and blending facility ! All ECO friendly :) Im really excited ! more buttons and flashing lights to play with !

HB444 has had a huge come back as well ! Nice to see old faves never die !

If you get the 3 port from mark at m-mods, have him do at least the 35.00 engine mod to it. You will not be disappointed. Imo the 3 port is really over looked and under rated.

I ran the 3 port for a while, I switched it to a 5 port P & S then I Picked up a 7pt and It kept up with everything..:). 3pt does not rev high enough..
Can I use the latest TIN coated crank with the older rod?? I have 1 new / old style rod and it is sloppy on the crank pin. I have replaced the rods a few times in my 5 & 7 pt and this last time it seems no better with the new rod, still sloppy..
