We expect to finish the last 1/8th finals by about 5pm. This gives us 1 hour up our
sleeves for any delay. Engines must be shut off at 6pm due to our noise restriction
policy. Friday will be open practice with qualifying kicking off on Saturday.
Hope you can make it Kane and bring some of the NSW boys down for some fun.

Hopefully some of you guys will come down to our ACT nitro titles later this year.

Just a quick update, the track will be officially open for practice from Thursday and Friday. We may complete the practice in heats round at the end of the day on Friday (not confirm yet).
There is also some roadworks at the Hardy St entrance to our track. If this is still happening please use the Swansea road entry to the track (come down behind the council offices)
as an alternative if the usual entrance from Hardy street is blocked.

What a weekend of racing, very close racing at the top and a great atmosphere in the pits.
Thanks to all the interstate competitors whom made the trip to Victoria. I am sure they enjoyed themselves.
Thanks to the MRCCR club members whom helped out to make this event happen, there are many individuals
whom make a special effort for the love of the hobby and I thank them. Thanks to Gary Westwood for keeping things
running during the course of the event, Nick Salib for his huge effort in getting the track ready, Brad Davis for his
professional time keep as usual. A special thanks for guys like Wayne Thomas, Andrew Dibbon, George Passanise,
Ricky Vocale, the Barkers and Peters family for their hard work when we needed them.
And thanks to Peter Senior and Capricorn RC Australia for their support and a great racing car.
See you all at the next race.
Regards,
Tim Westwood

Well done Jeff for winning the 1/10th title! You will have to give the Sydney MTX-5 drivers a clinic on how NOT to strip second gears when you come to Sydney.
Also well done to Steven J for winning 1/8th with his temporary MRX-5 ride. Will be hard to change to the KM 1/8th car when that comes out.
Good result Tim with your new Capricorn. You must be a happy with that result!
Did Harry take many pics? Would like to see them if possible.
Hope to see you all at Easter.
