MRCCR is proud to announce the
“2013 AARCMCC Victorian IC On-Road Championships”
from the 25th till the 27th of January.

Event Details:

Track Location: Hardy St, Lilydale, Victoria – Melway’s Ref: 38 E5

Entries and payment will only be accepted on SlyFox or via
posted mail to MRCCR Inc. PO Box 215, Lilydale 3140, VIC

The event will be run under the most current AARCMCC ruling to date.
INS Boxes must be used at all time for both 1/8th and 1/10th class.

Under cover pitting, tables and chairs are supplied to all interstate drivers participating in this event.

Track open for practice on the 23rd & 24th of January. Depending on the number of cars
on track during these practice days, MRCCR may elect to run control practice in classes.

3 Engine rule?

I think the 3 engine rule did pass at the AGM but will as the powers that be at AARCMCC Harry.

Do we want rules that power the people, or people that power the rules?

I am waiting for a good southerly wind to smell the perfume of fresh bitumen and can't wait to see some familiar faces to enjoy coffee in the morning, sausages at lunch and can't wait to enjoy the Lilydale crowd on their home turf.

I know many of you struggled to deal with England Park at the Nat's, it's your turn to BRING IT on your home track... Be aware, Luke's been chatting with the big boys in Thailand, he's STARVED and very HUNGRY for some awesome racing.. So is DAD!

There's also news that the "C" family has grown with some really good people and drivers...

Hey guys,
How did the track surface go at the last club day?

Hey Steve, the track was good, its very flat now, with all the little annoying bumps removed. We only had it re-coated a couple of days before our last club day, so it needs a good clean and some rubber laid on the new surface as we are now starting from scratch. Line marking is being completed this week and we are then running our last club day this Sunday. So far so good.

I will take some photos of the finish track on Sunday and post it up here.
