Hello everyone,

I was notified this morning, by Robert with Fear Farm, that they will be using the RC Facility generator for the Fear Farm Haunt again this year. This means the RC racing will need to take a short break through Halloween. I have asked for permission to run during the day on a small generator and I'm waiting to hear back about that option.

This will also affect the State Championship race that we were scheduling for November 2nd and 3rd. I've already asked them about alternate dates in November or December and I'll keep you up to speed on that, as I learn more myself.

I know many people will be upset and I know some of you will be showing your displeasure on this forum and other social media outlets but please understand this.... Fear Farm started as the Halloween holiday season event, that runs from Late September through Halloween. Since then, they have added numerous events throughout the facility but their passion is still the haunt. They do the haunt at the highest level and so their attention is directed there right now and their resources too.

I'm disappointed that I won't be able to run laps as we have for the last 11 months but I can't fault Fear Farm for wanting to assure another great haunt. Hopefully within a day or two I'll know if we can move to day time racing for the time being. As always, you can contact me with questions.

I know of at least 2 people that have new cars, so I totally understand. Hopefully we will get the green light to run during the day. in 2 weeks.
