Very bad week for racing in Arizona. Fear Farm and CV both shut down. Championship Race is looking more and more like it's not going to happen. Raised more than half the money in 3 days just to have the rug pulled out from under us. The best weather is here and no where to race nitro

You know, the other half of the country has to put their nitro away until May or so. We got a few weekends off. We'll be back before you know it. Day races coming soon. Hang in there, guys

If not for all of us being at The Gas Champs I would have definitely made the trip. Sorry you guys lost your home track. Hopefully we'll see you at the Fear Farm when they reopen it.

SRS has posted its official MOVE location and dates

This makes FF the ONLY outdoor track in the Valley....

I suggest that a Group get together and contact Bobbie and Ken at FF and discuss a plan to run the RC Track for them..
Maybe a Club with a yearly due's of $100. this could pay for a generator and other needed supplies
Raise entries a Bit, 75% to FF, 25% to the Track Kitty... Secretary, Pres, Vice Pres... etc.... so the Funds are on the up and Up and a group Can PLAN for the future events...

Just remember keep it positive and encouraging... Try and grow the Racing in the Valley.... Maybe a Series with Tucson and Paddocks or something like that... or get Notch Johnson Involved with a Cali vs AZ series

The State Nitro can still Happen... Fully a Day Race Schedule... Easy ta get 8hrs of Racing In... Even with 100 entries its easily doable..I figured with my Handy Dandy race day calculator with 101 entries its just under 9hr of Racing.. and thats figuring 19minutes per heat... includes Watering... so thats a VERY conservative Number... Maybe even add in Electric 1/10 Scale... But run em at the same Time... That could be fun and garnish even MORE Entries...

There are a LOT of people who have stepped up and I know would be a great Group to make this Happen...
