Its getting too expensive, when you throw in fuel, tires, wear and tear on the car. It is a concern. Where is it going to end? $100 dollar entry fees. I won't be able to afford that. Hopefully it will stabilize or get cheaper, but I doubt it.
Not to mention gas and hotels for us out of towners

Worth every penny!!!!

Do you honestly think they wouldnt make money at $50 bucks a pop with 411 drivers?

its kind of a dead subject to talk about since we have no say about what the fees cost. We just pay whatever it is if we want to race. I would love for it to be cheaper as well...but the reality of it is....racing is expensive.

For what it is worth...Race somthin else, well over 2000.00 a WEEKEND on two wheels. 4000.00 to 5000.00 if you add two...Unless somthin breaks! Naw Its a Bargin Motersport! We, Came from Cali, and I think 5 Of us Spent no more than 1000.00 for the entire week, (Unless you count the Vacation time) I can blow 1000.00 in about six minutes in Vegas! So Well...Do the Math?

Hey guys we all want the race to be good right? Well trust me it takes a lot of cash; I found that out last year with my first race I hosted. No one makes any money on the races or parts, you are lucky to break even after all your expenses, but will most likely lose money. SRS, The Nitro Pit, Joey and all the other track owners and promoters do this because they love the sport. They are not in this to make the money everyone thinks we do. Everyone also thinks shops and on-line stores make a ton of cash as well, well that’s not true either, trust me, I know first hand. Like I said before we do this because we love the sport. So just remember that when you are buying a part or signing up for a race. The owners are lucky to break even...
