What do you reckon I should try for timing and rotor for this sort of track with 10.5 blinky;

That was the last BRCA national where despite the fact I thought my car looked not too bad, I was 1.2s per lap off Dave Spashett's time!

This is fairly typical of the size of track I would be running 10.5 blinky on

Mines is less than that but we only do six minute runs in GT12 but the cars weigh 950g+ so a bit more weight to lug around than your 1/12th

You would have to ask the locals. I haven't run 10.5 since the beginning of BL racing.

what do you use for ratio with 13.5 tp with boost
there is a big difference in speed between the 4.5t 5.5t 6.5T
and what is the best choice for someone who has not ridden much modified

You don't say what sort of track, or what size you will be running 13.5 boost on.

it is for short and large circuit

For the 13.5 try around 7.8 on a small track, and as high as 6.0 on a large track.

How do you compare these 17.5's to the revtech and killshot motors?
Every time I use my revtech then go back to my thunder power I'm always faster with the TP

I'm currently running a Z3r in my 17.5 edm for dirt ovals in blinky mode. I feel the TP motor is better then the revtech but not as good as a D3.5 I haven't ran it against any kill shots to compare. BTW I'm running the TP with a high torque rotor.

I run mine with a blue torque rotor not green one and love it, it's always better than my revtech for some reason. Never tried a D3.5 and they are banned at 2 places I race so no reason to have it just for show

I got told 8.3 for 4.5's (not just TP) and adjust boost to suit
