It am thinking about changing my T3 to a t3 11 can anybody tell will I see any difference in the car to justify 250.00 dollars.

ok it sounds like the best thing for me to is upgrade my t3 thank for the input.

The 11 has a lot more roll built into it, this means the car is planted better on the low adjusters and is easier to free up as traction comes up. The car is more like a good 416 but has better grip in the front and back, so its easier to drive.

I am on the fence between the tc6 and tc3 2011. I am leaning towards the xray as it seems to be easier to drive and more durable. Can someone who has driven/owned both give some pros and cons for each? What are the main advantages over the tc6?
Any input would be helpful. I am looking to get a kit in the next couple weeks but want to make sure I do ample research before making a final decision. The car will be mainly used for asphalt 17.5 spec racing.

I’ve had an Xray in the past and went through the same decision between the two cars, so here is my 2 cents:
T3-11 pros: durable, top quality, well engineered, made in Europe, good product support.
TC6 pros: value for money, good design, cheap parts, excellent parts availability, good product support.
T3-11 cons: more expensive kit and very expensive parts, your chassis will be superseded in 6 months.
TC6cons: first run kits had quality issues, not as durable as Xray, made in China, design not quite as refined as T3-11.
I ended up with the TC6 because I could buy two kits from Tower Hobbies for a little more then the price of a T3, so the price decided it. Both are great chassis and almost all tc6 owners are reporting it’s dialled out of the box as are T3-11 guys.
Hope this helps your decision.

I would agree with each point you made. I had a TC5 and now I have a T311, and while I think the XRAY is a far superior car, you're spot on with your pros and cons.

azz187 - Thanks for the post, def helps. I wanted to get an idea from someone that had experience with both. Xray seems to be more refined though it is annoying that they come out with cars so often. I guess as long as they provide upgrade kits, it not so bad.
I'm still going to read up on the forums before making a final decision. I've never had an xray. My previous cars have been a Tamiya 414, EVO3 and AE TC3. My favorite has been the 414. AE just seemed a bit rough on the edges.
On a separate question, any recommendations for a top end LiPo charger and Batteries? I've been out of the sport for a bit so last time I raced there were no lipo options.
