Hey Tom yes it was. Im going to try and make it back for the Thanksgiving holiday this year, then be at Cleveland Saturday and Sunday for some anouncing. I think I can manage to sneak up to the bar and grab another $10 cheeseburger and a few cold ones.

I got the exo chassis and want to run the servo the other way to make more room. Does anyone know the Xray servo saver part number that they recommend using with it. Xray makes more then one so I want to get the correct one.

The tamiya piston are 9.93mm and Photon 9.77mm od size...
does the TFR piston fit thur inside the photon shock..answer is yes.,,no problem

you may be getting bad information....I just did the swap the pistons around..
ps the Tamiya piston is larger than the Photon piston...btw

BTW there's something about tamiya shock piston...TFR is slight smaller than Tamiya standard piston ..the Tamiya stock piston is 10.07 OD..it won't fit thur Photon shock

yes your probably right (could not remember if it was smaller or larger) I just knew it does not work

No experience with Tamiya, but couldn't you just chuck them in a dremel and file away?

If you want to try some different pistons check out the T.O.P. optional shock pistons. Machined with either two or three 1.0 or 1.2mm dia holes

+1 and i was surprised at the difference between them on the track,definately
fine tuning adjustment imo
