Hi Guys! A friend of mine just bought an ntc3 and after putting it together with a JR Cobra 2-channel radio, the controls are reversed, ie when you turn the wheel right, the car steers left, when you apply throttle the car brakes. We can't figure out how to reverse the functions on the controller. He bought radio second-hand without the manual. Anybody here know how to reverse the functions on this radio?

Thanks

It is the diff/slipper spring.

It is a lot stiffer than the servo saver spring that comes with the kit so it gives a LOT more response to the steering but will still give on an impact to save the servo.

#6587 It's a bag with a spring and a nut (B3 Slipper spring and nut), discard the nut and change the spring.

Just bought the new AE front one-way. Went to AE to get it. Paid full price cuz I was getting impatient. Doh! It's basically the Yokomo piece with better backing for the ring gear and special sized shims. The ring gear even has a new part number(don't know it offhand) but it looks like the standard one-way ring gear but bored-out inside diameter like what Yokomo sells with their one-way. Doesn't look like delrin though.

There is too much good data on this thread. Just skim through it and get the good stuff off and then you can just hit "new" to get to the latest posts every time.

Their main difference is the width of the holes, if I not remember bad the #3 is the one with the smallest holes and the #1 the biggest ones.

Depending on your track you need to customize your shock setup. Many people run the #3 at front and the rear and some use the #3 in front and the #2 at the rear (stock config).

THERE SHOULD BE AN ADJUSTMENT ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RADIO. YOU WILL SEE "N" FOR NORMAL AND "R" FOR REVERSE MODE. PUT IT UNDER "N" MODE THAT WOULD DO IT.
