is there a particular killer brand of 23turn stock motor (like the 27turn monster) or are they all pretty much the same


any spring and brush combos for the xenon 23turn (torque version)

Which Xenon ( color ) is it the newer one with the ECHO endbell or the Older atlas style one..??

OK you have the griffon Blue then...thats more of a Speed motor with a very narrow power band it likes to be geared in the 5.7~5.9 range on most tracks .... it does really well with stiffer springs on both the plus and minus..and you"ll get more power and torque

Friend and I were out at Yatabe last Friday messing around. He took your advice with the motor selections.

He got a few motors...

But he got the Echo PQ and Yokomo LT.

The Yok seemed to be quicker?

His running the TA04-Rtuned geared @ 5.33. Matches my SD + Team Luna LII @ 5.34.

The ECHO will be better on a smaller track..but the Yokomo based motors i.e. LT ,LII will allways be faster on a Bigger track..due to the RPM of the motors

Is there any info where I can read more about all these motors. Can't find a decent site!

As Dave has said before gear it around the 5.5 range..

I Found that around 5.5-5.7 was pretty good, but the PQ isn't really isn't really suited to where i race.
