The steering is hitting the steering saver. See yellow circle in pic.

Ok. I was considering placing the foam tire/wheel on a lathe and cutting 2mm off to make the wheel 24mm. Sounds like there are choices.

must be the servo you are using. I see people with Sanwa-WRX and Fut9550(i use) with out any problems.

and I think you are using the short servo arm, you should use the tall one.

is there a place i can go to see how people have their electrics jammed into their SD? I just got mine, and i know im not going to have enough room for everything else after i put my servo in. This is my first non tub chassis car so im not really used to them.

here is the servo with the tall servo arm/horn

NVisible: the CGM also is a little cramped that's why I went with a low profile servo. If you go a few pages back, there is a racer who mounted his servo the other way on his SD which is perpendicular to the chassis.

Yes, you will need to drill 2 new holes. Just remember to measure twice, drill once.

Does the Rayspeed conversion has the same body mount locations as the standard SD?

Thanks in advance!

I would think since the rear shock tower is longer, the mounts would be moved out, the front would stay the same.
