You can use this for qualifiers and mains, create a new copy of the worksheet and rename it.

Use it to keep track of your progress.

This sheet helped my progress at the last race I participated in and it helps you track your changes. When making changes, do only one or two at a time, that way you will be able to recognize the difference from one setup to the next. This will help you achieve faster lap times, and remember drive slow to go fast!!

Enjoy
The program works with any car in general, correct?

I'd also like a couple if you sell them.

Dragonfire, seeing your car tear around the track at warp speed on Sunday with a 3.5 was the best test yet for the Layshaft.

It's hard to see from the pics but we've changed the design from a 5mm thick shaft to 4mm. This has the advantage of using the kit bearings.

By using a screw, rather than an E clip, to keep the left pully on means the whole assembly is very solid. There is no more backlash like the standard parts.

After losing a race from my speed control coming loose I came up with this:

It gives you a lot more area for the servo tape yet otherwise works the same as the standard part.

That's a good idea! I was thinking of doing the same... :P As with the layshafts, i'll grab 2 if you are making anymore. Good thinking!

Thats not a bad idea... But it is on the wrong side lol! Actually mine stays in pretty good cause the wires run across the top deck to hold it in place.

i haven't been on here in quite some time... what lipos fit the type r well? i'm currently using orion 3200's and have pretty much reached the point where I need a bit more.

i'm running the steel tray and cut down the flanges on my pulleys. i'd prefer to not do any more mods than that to accomodate a battery.

any of the SMC's fit?

Not really mods. The type r comes with a "JR" Link. We just take and replace it with a regular ballstud and camber link.

You'll need:

LOSA1233 Ball stud
LOSA6017 ballcups

*LOSA6532 Turnbuckles

*You can either get these or get one inch lunsford turnbuckles for the back of the car and use the stock ones in the front.

I've been running the thunder power 5000 40c since December. The wires come out on the rf corner of the top deck. As far as a steel tray goes there on back order right now so if you can't find one in stock online theres none to be had till the next run.
