hey you never know he may be up for a Nobel prize for disproving the Laws of Physics ROFPMSL
friend, like i said it is not out of Laws of Physics.
the 64° on the V3.0_110211 is true 60° +4°
with in range 0°~60° per rotation.

now, i know it's hard for you to understand this secret's,
But at least if you run Brushed Motor, you will understand.
...
So, for now let just Michael do his work's
any way i am not 'wishing' like you said, because 64° it is on V3.0_110211 already.

Right OK so send me the 110211 firmware to [email protected] PLEASE so I can look at it. !!!!

Hi Guys
I ran a HW Exstreme at a venue yesterday, but everytime I pulled off the start line it seemed to go into sensorless mode, I pulled the car over and a guy pulled a wire out the lipo as the esc was flashing green, and after he plugged it back there was no lights on or flashing, and all seemed ok from then on. I changed the sensor lead, and still the same thing in the 2nd run, anyone have any ideas why this is happening plz..

Cheers Malc

Default Cutoff

I had a similar problem. I turned off the lipo cutoff and it went away. I think it's caused from a less than perfect lipo.

Cheers for the cuttoff idea, but regards to the lipo being less than perfect, the lipos i used are about 4 runs old, but will give the cuttoff a whirl

Cheers Malc

i was checking run with version3 110119 Stock
set the Cutoff 6.7v for safety reason test.
Boost 40
no turbo
drag brake 0%
DRRS 9
Full charged Battery Lipo 5000 2S

i run until the car cut off it self,
0.5 second after it cut off (soft Slowing), i take no throttle,
i ran to the car and take it as fast as possible,
under stand drive i check the Lipo

it is 3.12v each cell then it's 6.24v right it's below cutoff 6.7v

how safe is this, why is it lower than the cutoff?
any better suggestion or updates?

I'm with Cherry on this, having spoken to the HW guys directly, the 60 (or 64 in your case) is not degrees of timing! It's steps..
You 100% cannot have a motor with more than 90° total timing as it will go backwards!! I repeat again, take a brushed motor, turn the endbell 90° and see what happens... it won't run. Simple. End of Chat.

Did you turn the car off at all before you ran it the second time? I am wondering if the ESC reset itself, thinking it was a 1S battery after that. Still a scary thought though.
