Senna,

I think it would be easier for the guys here to help you if you could tell them the entire setup on your car at one time.
The following link is a Blank Acrobat reader editable Losi XXX-S setup sheet. Fill out the sheet and print it out, or if you have the full version of acrobat reader save it, and that way the guys here in the know can help you out.

Editable Losi XXX-S Setup sheet

Hope this helps you out

Shrekair,
The file you posted above doesn't seem to contain any info,
unless of course its me!!!
By the way does anyone have a setup for the Losi running indoors on a sports hall floor which will either be vynil tile or wood but either way will be really slippery. I will of course be running a stock motor

Looks good T, I like how you took more off than mine. I've never had the problem of my batteries sliding but then again I've always run them in the forward postion. Nice pic.

lem2,

Thats a hard question to answer! I've owned both and I'm currently racing the xxxs. I like the losi cause I think its easier to work on and if you ever run in a parking lot the enclosed drivetrain is nice! Also, it seemed that I broke a lot more a-arms and bent inner hinge pins, but I've heard since I had it they've updated the parts a little. The losi just seems more durable and less prone to tweeking in a crash. As far as performance, I don't think one has a distinct advantage over the other, thats probably why they didn't say anything in the mag. Take a look at both, and just choose whichever one you like better!
Thats just my opinion!

this one time, at band camp, this girl came with a xxx-s and another girl came with a tc3. annd they got really pissed off, and then a bear came. then all 3 got into a fight. then the bear ate both cars and the girls, the they had to kill it so they shot it and it died. in the end, it doesnt matter, because when they cutt the bear open the tc3 had a losi internal ratio, and a belt!

red or blue???...which is better???...

i bought the xxxs over the tc3 bcos of the torque steer which is present in shaft cars especially on low-traction surface n tat's 1 of the main place tat i run my car.
some may argue with mi abt the torque steer on shaft cars, but u have 2 b a gd tweaker to solve the problem which i admit i'm not.

red is fury on track!!!...
