This thing is definitely durable, just sucks that their QC missed manufacturing one of my parts to the fullest. One of my two servo saver pivot shafts isn't threaded on one end so I'm only almost finished with my build.

LHS offered to thread it for me but seeing as how they aren't very local, I found a set on ebay. Xray never got back to me via email and it's impossible trying to join their forum.
Email RCAmerica they should be able to help you out. My XB4 '14 was missing a steering hat bushing and they send some out to me.

I am rebuilding some front ECS axels and I can't seem to find a parts list anywhere. a few of the parts are easy to identify but I just want to make sure I have the exact parts i need. I searched this thread and I believe the pins are 2x9. Do they make a rebuild kit or do I have to buy everything separate?

It does appear that you will need to buy the parts separate.

It doesn't seem like it's worth it to buy parts for those. The separate parts are so expensive.

I went back to the regular shafts as maintenance and repair costs aren't weren't worth the advantage the ESC's give.

That is exactly what i needed thank you!

I race on carpet so in between the jumps it is a perfectly flat/smooth floor. I think the ECS will be more beneficial for me even if the costs are high. Time will tell!

Thanks...

I think for bodies only options are the Xray and JC one.

With the release of the AE (XB4 clone).... LOL
There's hope that some of those bodies might fit, since it seem like PL and JC will make several styles for AE cars, LOL

I like this idea! The stock AE body looks pretty sweet, and I like the JC S2 style as well

Nice job Bruno, I couldn't race today so I watched the eos race. Round 2 was ugly but the 1st/3rd legs were fast for Bruno especially the 3rd.

Question, the new 17 runs 12mm hexes, do the new wheels have the same offset as any of the other wheelers?

so coming from a 22-4, i wanted to use all my existing wheels. I did some measuring and noticed that from outside to outside on the front wheels of the 22-4 on the xray, they measure the same. inside to inside was a little off. 22-4 wheels are slightly wider.

on the rear, without any spacers, the track width was slightly narrow. I purchased the avid 12mm hex spacers and added .5mm on each side which matched the stock offset of the xb4 with the stock wheels.
