Wow, what a let down. I was hoping for Shaft drive, real low CG and something worthy of the hype. I will be sticking to my VBC and Xray.

It's a nice looking car, I will admit that, and I'm not disappointed with there being no amazing new tech in the car. This layout is a proven design, so it's pretty risky venture outside the box. Yes the Awesomatix has some cool tech, but the only people I know who drive them, are factory drivers. They are way too expensive and complicated for anyone who isn't sponsored by them.
Look at Apple, their phones/GUI look exactly the same year over year and millions of people line up to buy the "best IPhone ever", ha!

You have to admit it looks like a really nice car. They clearly didn't just change a few things from the tcxx. The only parts that carry over are the rear uprights and the front driveshafts.
Small changes and innovations all over the car. I like how the steering knuckles are set up with a carbon plate.

Hpi should have just released the pro5 quietly in hopes that it would make up for the TCXX's failures... Now the pressure is on, and Hpi can't fail again or else it's over for good this time around... Hope I pass a few of them in my tc4.1...lol...
