Most of us don't use a one-way. Spools are preferred for asphalt tracks. You can either get the alloy spool part number U2729, or just use the front diff. Take the balls out and use header cards and glue them to the diff rings and tighten it down all the way until it's locked. You can also make out drive savers by taking an old set of bearings, cut the outer ring off and pop the inner ring out and slide the race onto the outdrive. Use the diff in the front on carpet.
Belts: use the stock rear belt and you can get the R12 front belt and use that. U2601
Shocks: Most of us team guys use the Tamiya TRF shocks. To use those, you'll need to get the lowered carpet shock towers. Front U2714 and rear U2715. I just use the Tamiya mounting hardware but you can get the BMI upper mounts that will work. Click the link in my sig to go to the BMi site and and call Jason.
Spurs, I like the RW 64 pitch spur gears. They're very thin and perfectly round. Part# RW64128 for a 128 tooth.
One other thing you should also pick up is the P-Dub front bumper PD010. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

Yeah. I use the stock plate in the rear and then put 1mm washers under the front mounts for the rear arms. This will give a little over 1 degree of anti squat. I've never needed more than that and I'm not sure I'd try and go with more. It may cause the suspension to bind up with that much of an angle.
