Will the robotronics heavy duty servo arm work with this kit?

It will work, but youll need to shim the steering rod up on the servo saver end. The HB mount is a good one if youre on a budget. http://www.amain.com/rc-cars/hot-bod...s67169/p148908

I see a lot are changing springs. Is the stock setup that far off? I'm fixing to build a new 410.3 for a buddy and want a decent starting point for him. I read about the stock springs not allowing for proper ride height. I was planning on compressing the springs overnight before assembly to allow them to be softer than stock. Any tips?

Thanks guys. I'll pick up some extra springs and oils.

What advantage does changing pistons have over thicker or thinner oils? Wouldnt an oil weight change be the same thing?

I'm pretty new as well and to be honest I bought them because a few people recommended them. Some complaints that are out there is how soft the suspension is. I think that with less oil flow with medium weight oil it handles better than more flow with heavier oil. I'm just playing around with different things and I truly do not know what the end effect is with the two. I know its working well for me and I had a few drivers run my truck at the last race and they were impressed with how well it was driving.

So what Pistons do you recommend? I'm building a basher so a little more dampening might be good.
Allready have allumimum hinge pin braces and diff pins. Just got alluminum servo horn.Trying to get all my basher parts before I build it.

8x1.3 or 6x1.5 depending where you will run your shocks on the arm. Inner mount 8 hole, outer mount 6 hole.
