I have no problem getting correct ride height with the stock front springs, I even have a couple turns of preload. Running green front, green rear.

Green rears are stiff. But they're not bad. I ran them this past weekend. I switched to Pinks for this upcoming weekend. For a smooth track Green/green would actually be a good choice. For a rough track pink/pink might be the way to go. Tire wise, I like Impacts, Holeshots, Lil Chasers Blockades, Megabites for outdoor low grip.

Mine pushes a little too. But its not horrible. I might have too much toe out. Yeah!! Gladiators up front, yeah that's one way to turn fast! Those knobs are like 1/4" tall lol.
Lil Chasers in Green are my new favorite tire. Theyre new from J Concepts. They work really well.

I will not be if they are anything like the old set, I'm waiting for the CNC to come out.

The last generation CF towers had the cutout for the shock standoff. That weakened the part a little bit. This time around, we went full plate, no reliefs and the durability is even better than before. Additionally, the rear is now 5mm where the last generation rear was only 4mm. So all around more durable and it still saves weight . CNC aluminum towers haven't been designed for the SCT410.3/EB48SL since the CF towers are holding up so well. FYI.

Well, since there are no plans for cnc towers, will the Eb48 cnc towers work on the sl?

My wife managed to break a rear CF tower on the old truck, but it held up much better and longer than the normal metal rear, which often bent on the huge jump courses. With this change to the thicker CF and no milling, it should be practically bullet proof!

I'm about to order this kit and was wondering if anyone knew of build sheets or could help me. I'm extremely new to this hobby and have never built a kit. What parts could you recommend. I get discounts with tekin and Tekno both. Any help would be appreciated.

the tekno sct410 builds very easily. you can download the manual before your build and it has what tools you'll need as well as what other parts you'll need. read through the thread before you start and it will help you see any areas that you might want to concern yourself with of upgrade before starting.
good luck, have fun, and everyone here is always happy to help with any questions you might have.
