Running BL in open mod class in Australia, i ran the Plastic shafts for a few meets, after breaking a few i swapped them out for steel ones. some of the plastic ones actually twisted along their length a full 90 degrees. It is one of the more diapointing parts of a otherwise top level kit.

rcshark:

You can find setups at the two links below:

http://www.racing-cars.com/usa/searc...e1=prodvalue14

For this link, choose Mi2 on the far left hand side and then do a search.

Last I saw a full list of drivers all the Schuie guys were floating around the middle of the pack. I think Teemu was the highest of the group. But it's been a little while since we saw a full update.

I think Jonas (Andesson) is probably highest placed. I think he was highest over night, and he has just put in a top 10 time in Rd 5. Not sure about anyone else.

I'll Correct that!! He had one decent run in wednesday, and with a top 10 now could be in with a shot of getting somewhere

I think you are right, Jonas is the highest placed Schuie. He had to pull off on his 6th run.....Cartwright dumped in his last run, Furman has had some pretty bad luck all weekend, Paul has been workgin with his car, and Teemu, not sure, but he has pulled off a few times.

Jonas had his speedo (not a Keyence) shut down in his first two quals. He snapped a rear belt in his 3rd qual. His last 3 quals were fast enough for the B main on those rounds.

FYI, there was an error in the posted standings. He won both of his mains with Josh Cyrul in 2nd so he finished ahead of Josh overall.

A lot of people favored to win had a rough go at this Worlds. We were sure we would get 2 cars at least in the main but in the end I think we were off the mark on setup and ran out of time to get it right. Our drivers never gave up and kept trying to find the necessary 10th's need to get on pace. However, you can't risk making huge changes when qualifying begins.

We learn and move on. The car will only get better and next time around we'll hit our goal. Until then we use the nats, regionals, Reedy race, and club races as stepping stones. A bunch of big shots were little shots this time around. I'm sure they won't let it happen again. Congrats to all the guys that made the trip. Practice for the next world's starts at the first club race you attend once you get back home.

I want to thank all the guys from Schumacher for the help at the worlds. It was a treat to chat with Phil Booth, and get to meet the other Schuie guys from around the globe. I got to pit across from Jonas, and he sure is a nice guy.
