I don't know the first thing about the Tekin line of products. 
I can tell you that a 9x2 V2 based motor, depending on the track layout, you should be able to get away with a low 8 (8.2 or so) ratio without a problem. But Like I said, I'm not familiar with the Tekin line of products so I don't know what to suggest as far as setting that. Sorry I'm not more help with that.
