no 38T pulley.. but I use a 501x 37T pulley on mine in combination with
the 18T center pulleys and original stock belts.

it handled just fine it was actually perfectly balanced front to rear and left to right

i only did that with 4 cells with 5 cells i ran the cells all the way foward and the receiver and pt behind the battery
