What motor and esc are you running and what is your timng set to. How big is your track? I used to run 3.9 on a 30m straight track and it wasnt massivly tourqy but was as good as can be expected for a 17.5

I have not said about other items because there is no part number, but I do have more aluminum parts here but cannot say as of now.

How much endbell timing you running
#502
I was maxed but a few guys told me to drop it two ticks to see If could gain torque so I did and I also turned up throttle punch to 30%. It still seem take a while to max at full throttle it has the power but takes a while to get there I will recalibrate it later. Do brushless motors need to be broken in?

Shock length
ALBOP, just screw 1 shock shaft and end piece together 'til last thread shows above end piece, measure, and match all the other shocks to it. This car has plenty of droop adjustment. Chris S. LETZ RACE!!

Ran the car with my modified shocks last night. Feels much more consistent. Also ran rear driveshafts in the front and they stand up to it well. Managed to snap a rear outer pivot pin in half and a rear hub due to clipping the edge of a board

Not really felt pretty much the same. Had to lay the front shocks down a hole but think thats because it was really cold and the track was dusty. I did have to polish one of the balls on the shafts as it was tight in the axle but we are talking a tiny amount. Il be interested to see how it feels on a big track next month as ours is a very tight track.

Tq has the aluminum knuckles and hubs but they're a pretty penny. SHEESH! R2 are they worth it?
#509
Hubs I have not tried, but I love the knuckles , but like I said I can only put one or the other if I dont want to tweak or break driveshafts on our carpet track, I do have the front c-hubs now and will try them out including the option degrees, I also just got the rear hubs 22307, they are nice and like my buggies I try to have the weight on the hubs and of course this isn't that much but it may help with keeping the wheels down on the opposite side when cornering.
