OS R2102 - how do I have to shim for 16% nitro? .25 with extra one-dot underhead or .15 with original three-dot underhead? or in a third way?

I can't figure out why the FLOW needs a receiver battery ... the SSX version 2 didn't need it, and woorked perfectly with 1S batteries. I can't see a receiver battery on...
