So what's the deal with the rest of the 2020 TCS schedule? Any further info from Fred?

Well, I guess that I won't be making a qualifier or the nationals. :-(

Does anyone have news of tracks opening up for racing as quarantine restrictions are being lifted? I am curious if (and to what extent) national and global championships will be impacted this year.

Default TCS 2020 going to happen?

I am losing faith that there are going to be more TCS races this year. I wish that Fred would weigh-in before I sell my stuff.

I don’t think it’s in Fred control. It’s up to tracks to open and have the event. We just had TCS at 702 over the weekend.. turnout was light.. which is bitter sweet / safe for participants

With a rising 2nd Covid wave, I'm guessing there is no Japan trip grand prize for the finals? Or maybe a reschedule of the Worlds event?

Inquiring minds want to know.

Results from 702. We did a good job of spacing the group and several were wearing masks. https://www.702rcraceway.com/post/ta...-final-results

Default GT Pro Spec

I am trying to build a GT Pro Spec car and after reading the rules on hop ups " Any TT-02 Hop-Up Option is legal with the exceptions listed in RED: No aluminum shocks. No carbon shock towers."
does this mean I can use the
Tamiya 54649 RC TT02 Differential Locking Block as a spool up front and be legal ?

Default Legal tires?

So what tire is legal for GT1 and GT2 For Omaha regionals on 7/18/20? Rules matrix hasn’t been updated, the matrix specified C tire is no longer available from Tamiya. What did they run at the Vegas regionals recently? The new type H which is the C replacement?
