I think you worry too much about the small stuff. With On-Road, the tourqe is more important so that the servo doesn't load up on you going into the corner and cause you to have "snap steer". If you want a jittery or "nervous" servo just because it looks "cool"...... drive the car sitting in the pits, because if you want to watch your tires "jitter" while others are racing to get to the finnish line, you will take out more cars than Dale Jr did in Daytona.

The point to this is get some stick time and drive the car. Practice, Practice, Practice..... Then worry about getting the car to the lightest and fastest it can be.

its not just cause it looks cool. For the longest time i ran airtronics m8 with gen 1 spektrum. point is even I can tell the difference on track, when small imputs would be lost with the m8, the helios responds to the same input. and my servos magicly recenter correctly lol. THAT is why I like it. and why so angry? lol

Patrick, quick servos are not that big of a deal, its good to have them though. The difference you notice is not because of the servo, its because of the radio. I've tried all 3 radios, 3PK, M11 and Helios. Of the three the Helios has the fastes responce, thats the diference you notice. The M11 is slow compared to the other 2, I thought the 3PK was quick, but I tried Brian Thomas's radio a few weeks back and the Helios is like WOW, theres almost no delay.

The CG will get higher if you use a carbon chassis.
Furthermore you need the aluminium as a heatsink for the engine, with the carbon i think the temperatures will rise with a 10-15C.

Durability??? no way that chassi will not break after a pretty serious accident(i believe it will break even easier). carbon fiber is britle meaning that it will not bent but just break....
