Well, I have just fitted the Sakura diff gear in my TC6, no dremel here only a couple of parts changed.
You need a set of outdrive from a RRR V1 kyosho ref No: VZ219 (can be found cheap now)
I changed the internal gears for NT1 metal ones, the originals were plastic, but I guess they will do too.
The bearings are the same size, there is plenty shims to adjust your diff.
And you need a 40t diff which comes extra. (37 and 38 gears are standard in diff, 39 and 40 are separate spares)
It could be interesting to try a 39t on front...
On the minus point, you cannot use blades anymore, except if you remove some of the outdrive, which I did not want to.
So instead, I fitted some heatshrink on the ball and pin ends, it fits nicely with smooth action.
I am at the track tomorow to test all this if weather permits.

Of course a servo saver is the solution but this is not what PIMP seems to be saying, I was already using Kimbrough savers in the 80s and still have a couple around.

Is the sakura diff a bit too wide of the TC6? I think I measure it before but can't remember..... BTW: With my old sakura I change the drive shaft and out drive to Edam spirit (a 1/10 nitro touring from taiwan). It was a perfect fit for the sakura. Think it should work with TC6 too.
Was hoping to race today but weather is bad, so have to postpone.

Upgrades:
- Gear Diff - for sure
- 3942 - 1 pair of silver associated springs
- 3943 - 2 pairs of blue associated springs
- 31262 - Silver anti-roll bar
- 1402 - 2 pairs short turnbuckles
All the rest comes with the kit. By the feedback of drivers around here maybe some Reflex Racing parts should be a nice upgrade also, but personally i've never tested them.

I just got a TC6 and have some spare Sakura geardiffs i want to try, but they appear to have a slightly different pitch on the pulleys.
Did you have any trouble with the Associated belt on the Sakura pulley?

I fitted a 40t, like that it seems fine, but unfortunately, no try today, bad weather, so I will post as soon as I have given a few laps.

oh cool. thank you for your reply! After switching to s411 for one month I was thinking going back to TC6. Stupid I sold my TC6 already..... ya, the of the drive shaft's "head" is much bigger in the TC6. Just a bit smaller than the T3.
