i hrd to use some of the plastic clips on my car. i am using the associated spings, which are a lot shorter than the old schumacher spings.

Yes I ordered them last week and received them yesterday. Are these new shorter springs even usable with the older mission? Thanks!

Re: new shock bodies
Are you using the threaded shock bodies?
Doesn't using more plastic clips effect your ride height or anything?

Try turning your ride height adjusters upside down, that should give you the ride height you need with shorter springs.

Thanks for all the responses.
I will try this when I get home.
Any other advice out there?

Frst I'd like to tip my hat to anyone that ran at the birds this past weekend. I didnt realize how much time and effort went into this race but after leaving the hotel and returning several times to see most of the people i left in exactly the same place that i left 'em was enough to let me know that they were serious about this race.
Either way, Im wondering if any of you guys have part numbers for the sunken washers that are being used on the top decks nowadays. Teemu told me that they help with tweek and i wanted to try them out just to be sure that my car continues to run at optimum capacity. Likewise, i saw that paul also had holes in his C arm carriers for what i would imagine where grub screws that held the hing pins in place. Do we have part numbers for those parts or are these mods that i would have to do on my own? And as a side note, when i first build my MI2 the car ran whisper quiet and it amazed me right out of the box how smoothe it was to operate. However after about 5 state races, i have this squeeling noise coming from the car that i'm not sure where its coming from. First i though it was my cvd's so i dismantled each one and greesed them over but the noise still persist even though its much quieter now (may be my imagination). But where can i look to solve this issue? Is this something that happens as the belt wears or is it most likely coming from somewhere else?
Thanks in advance as always,
R.
