can some one answer that question about if i can use tc4/tc3 shocks on this car with out buying the lowered shock towers? What do you guys think, is it better in buying the lowered towers and buying the tamiya shocks ? but thats like almost $100 ! its like buying a new RDX again .

TC3 shocks are exactly the same length as Schumacher std ones, so they will fit straight on the std mounts. They have a little more travel than the std ones, but they are nothing special when it comes to shocks really.
They are ok, and probably have a few benefits over std ones, but i wouldn't go out and buy a set specially.

Islandbwoy, It may be as simple as replacing you spur gear. That is about the only thing that makes my car loud.

I have XRay and AE Springs and they work fine as long as you use spacers.
I simply use 1 large spacer and that compensates for the difference

are the TRF Shocks a straight install or is any modification needed?

They will fit a mission, just need a slightly longer than std TRF bottom joint. Think i ran assiciated bottom joint from memory.
