no joke. if they survive me + super stock indoors then they should last. heck, i'm almost thinking we made them too beefy... its hard to sell duplicates if the originals don't break.

Maybe if we sell out the first 50 set order of Side Piece Racing Mira Outdrives then we can think about getting the next order larger and anodized. 20 of the 50 sets are already spoken for -- not too bad for 24 hours! Thanks to everyone who has contacted me.

Please let me know if you have any questions. Just one more day until we get to stress test the hell out of these parts...
Dont forget to put me down for 2 sets.

TOP USA generally keeps the micro pro gear diffs in stock. Give them a call at (650) 583-8898.

Thanks for the info on the gear diffs, Should I get 1 or 2? Some guys at our track run them up front, some run them in the rear, and others run them in both.

I will be running on high traction super smooth asphalt in 17.5 spec. I was going to get 2 and just experiment.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Hey chris, photon looked good yesterday. if it was me i would just get one. everybody i have seen run dual gear diffs in their photon at the "c" have not had good luck, most just run the rear gear diff with spool in the front.

Could you tell me what parts I would need to convert to Xray 6 degree blocks while using a front ball diff? Thank you!

I just got back from the Canadian Onroad Nationals where Martin Crisp TQ'd and won both 17.5 and 13.5 rubber touring car classes driving a Photon. Some impressive driving on a tough track. There were at least 3 Photons that I counted in the 17.5 A main. There probably would have been 2 Photons on the 17.5 Podium, but Lou Vanderwey literally drove the wheels off of his car

It was a lot of fun and a great showing for TOP.

I wish I could have done better, but unfortunately enthusiasm doesn't supersede inexperience. My car felt amazing today. I just could not manage to keep my twitchy newb steering hand from parking it nose first against the boards at least once in 6 minutes, usually where no marshal noticed it for a while. I still had a blast.

Default Canadian Onroad nats

Hey Locked I could not go because of work. However I watched blurry footage via the seaway mall web cam! Are you running gear diffs? I was out at Lou's on saturday for practice. Wow I need a lot more. Take a few months off and I was kissing the board all morning. I had my 17.5 and 21.5 out.

Glad you had a good time at the Nats.

Hows the new chassis running? How many classes did you run? I could have loaned you my 13.5 boss.
