Any idea what would be a good starting point to gear with an orion r10 with a 7.5?

Hey no worries...for sure ask away..

On med bite i would start with what you would want to try first...

Then try 80-85 on the current limit..and maybe go down to 1-2 on min throttle. See how that feels...and compare your lap times to see if it's faster.

[QUOTE=egobrkr;13964790]So wanted to share an issue that has come up a few times running my buggy. The front sway bar comes out of the plastic end holders. I'm not sure if anyone else is having this issue but it is annoying me. I will buy some new ends and see if that works or see if I can find aluminum ones that will work. I try not to tighten down the set screw because it's plastic.[/QUOTE

Me and my bro had the same problem with our buggys last weekend. I'm going to try the 4-40 screws and see if that helps.

I had that happen too. I just cranked the set screw down and it has been good ever since.

Default shock caps

All this talk about aluminum shock caps. Does any one know where I can get some stock plastic caps?

Default Front nose piece

Maybe I've had one too many beers while I build this......but for the life of me I can't figure out an easy way to install the little front nose body piece. Do I just finesse it/ram it through the shock brace?

Ram it after another beer. Top to one side then back in straight

Or you can take the tower mount off and install the nose piece.

To keep the doucheness going....it's actually 6 screws....have to take shock screws off to get brace totally off.

Almost time for beer-O-clock.

But it only takes the removal of 4 screws to be able to install the nose piece.

The doucheness of the response is inversely proportional the intelligence of the question.

Einstein hypothesized that the ratio of doucheness was equal to the sum of a needlessly douchey Internet response and a person's inability to not exercise doucheness on the internet. So on your reasoning one would only need to loosen 2 screws to be able to slightly lift the brace and slide the nose piece in. This is what I did. Ya douche. Lol
