I think I'm done racing until boom boom is up and running. I can't justify driving to lh to hope for a problem free day. Boomer if you need anything let me know. Also make sure to build me and Ryan's sweets so when our wives kick us out for spending so much time up there. I want hard wood floors, and hot bodies wall paper!!!!

LH is about 2.5 hours for me also, so i probably won't make it out there too much. This track in kewanee would be nice. Hopefully it gets completed soon, i don't know how much longer i will be in this area. I might be moving up twords galena by next summer if things go well and that would make it a long drive to any of the tracks i've been to this year.

fatam I agree...whats sad is people complaine about not having a local indoor track because newberrys closed, but we also lost another great indoor AND outdoor track in waterloo because people would NEVER travel...it takes more then the "locals" to keep a track going!! all I have to say is Chucks facility would put some of the nicest tracks to shame and its sad that hes not receiving more support at least on this thread I have no clue what his pm's consist of....
and they closed down too.
I'll go ahead and tell you why they closed, I know why, they
couldnt get enough people to race there. People would show up
to race and they wouldnt even have the doors open. When someone
travels a great distance to race and they dont even have the doors
open that is just sad. but enough about Albion it's gone and never to return.
I wonder where this track is, as I have nowhere to run modified 1/10 4wd buggy. Is it anywhere near Albion at all?

This track will be located approx. 1 1/2 hrs. north of peoria Il., approx 1 hr. east of the quad cities basically northern Il. If I'm not mistaken Albion Il. is down by Fairfield Il. that would be a pretty good drive for ya but definitely keep and eye on this thread and would be happy to have you come race with us if your ever up in this neck of the woods
