I would like to suggest a date for the meeting for the eventual R/C racing track. Can everyone meet on Jaunary 8th (Sunday) at around noon?

We will need a roll call from each of you here who would like to attend in order to determine a neutral location for all of us.

If you can make it please post a reply that states "Yes".
If not please post a reply that states "No" and suggest a different date.

Remember to post your location.

I will try and research a meeting place.

I am very intrested in seeing just how much interest there is in getting the ball rolling.

I have been involved in R/C racing for many moons and have been a past club president and organizer and am very well qualified to help organize a new club for the Phoenix area..

I know someone who purchased a transponder system. For a very small fee, I'm sure he would allow the system to be used by your group. My offer still stands, you find a place to race and set up the track and I'll run your races. Even if it's only 8 people that show up, at least it's a start.

I can't be at your meeting on the 8th, because the AZ point series will be in Yuma that weekend. Please call me that evening with the details of your meeting, as I'll be very interested of your discussions.
