Rob and carcrusher you both have pms
Well If you run IFMAR and start them in qualifying order after first round it usually isnt a big deal.Yes somone will always get lapped.Starting all at once like in a main will deter people from coming back.Alot of guys that run Dirt want to to try carpet off road and are use to IFMAR qualifying.

Yes and no. Yes you can run foam tires running on sundays in the 2wd buggy class. On friday nights we run off road, and you are supposed to run rubber tires. If you only have foam tires and nothing else i am sure someone would let you use a set for friday night. John might have tires there you could purchase, and if nothing else you can run the foam tires until you can get some rubber ones.

What time do the doors open on Friday?

Any rubber tire suggestions for compound and tread?

Is a bone stock XXX-SCT with the Stock 14t motor need to be run in Mod class?

Is there a sportsman class for newbs/kids?

How much are entry fees? Is there a break for a second class?

Role call for Friday?

I'll be running stock truck, maybe SCT. May bring my oldest son but not sure if he's ready to run on a track yet. Save that for a practice day.

We will run stock and mod everything. The rules are set at 17.5 or 27t brushed motors are stock, this will be our stock class. Anything down is considered mod. We will be running the mod class because there are guys in the area that run at other tracks and only have mod or run 13.5 motors. We are trying to make it easy on the wallet and and racers. We dont want to force guys into buying a different motor just to race in the stock class, or to have the hastle of switching motors every week to run at different tracks. We will have both stock and mod. We don't know for sure what kind of numbers for each there will be, because this is the first weekend for racing I am guessing we will have a good showing for both, just due to the people I have talked to and know for sure are comming.

Doors open at 5pm racing begins at 7:30pm

Good tires are anything with a pin. We have ran several tires and compounds and they all work. Slicks with compound stick, but they cant quite keep up with fresh tread.

Compounds are allowed and encouraged, however we don't want smelly ones haha.

Stock class is 17.5 motor, I realize that they might be box stock, however it is not fair to run a 14t box stock against a true 27t stock motor. So yes 14t will be running in the modified class.

There will be a novice class for newbies. and once they get the hang of things they can bump up to the stock and mod class.

First vehicle is 10 each after is 5 for members. To be a member there will be a small fee and some paperwork to fill out. You will have 3 chances/appearances to be a member and after that you cannot be a member until a later date. Non-members will be charged a bit more.

There will also be practice nights throughout the week. Not before the opening, possibly as soon as the week after on wednesday night.
