Ralph, on our RC8T we are using the standard kit shock piston which is 1.3 x 6 holes with 35wt oil. We did change our rear springs to Kyosho 95mm light blue. It is a slightly stiffer spring than the AE stock, but not as stiff as the AE silver.

Some of the E-buggy guys are changing the rear springs to the AE silver which is a little heavier. On our nitro buggy we never liked that, but we did go to the gold swaybar and run this.

We'll be there by 7:00am on Saturday and will be more than happy to help out any way we can. Cowboy.

I have an RC8E but most of my set up is based upon the latest nitro setups:

10 hole 1.1 tapered pistons
30 wt AE oil in the front and 27.5 AE oil rear.
Bronze front springs. Silver rear springs.
Silver sway bar up front and gold sway bar in the back.
Ride height 28mm.

I noticed a big improvement after I moved the rear outer hing pins to the upper hole on the rear hub.

I also like having the 3mm longer 'worlds' chasis at LCRC.

Driver's stand ramp is underway! Should be finished up by Friday Morning. All of the post holes are done and the concrete is poured. Lumber will be here tomorrow and the Smith boys are going to teach me how to make saw dust and read a tape measure starting Thursday morning.

See you all this weekend.

Just because I don't know how to put a Mack truck radiator in a computer doesn't mean I can't count to 1 more than 9...

The ramp is almost done, decking and railing tomorrow and we're ready for saturday. Special thanks to Greg, Bob, Jake and Bill for all of the work today.
