Hey Jon- not sure. Been years since I've ran at socal so I don't have any yoke inserts. I'm sure the yokomos would work perfect from what I remember they were like rubber bands..

i havent seen anyone with 1/12 scale, the next race is the 29th

1/12 scale on a parking lot would be tough. You need a very smooth, clean, and flat surface to run 1/12 scale on. I have a dialed CRC 3.2r carpet knife, but it's setup for the rug. (If I ever get back on the rug that is.) Don't really want to take it out onto the asphalt and tear it up. It's too purdy as a carpet car. ;)

My cheap little $300 generator can barely give ME power
People were running extension cords from the shop so no generator needed unless you pit in the boonies:nod:

karlo511 07-19-2007 10:18 AM

that's even better.:D
you guys running 19t? i'll see if i can make the next race:tire:

Rcbasher06 07-19-2007 01:49 PM

bring your own power. we cant have people running off the shop's power because we only have one outlet out there, and i dont want to knock out the power to the computer. maybe in the future we might have power out there but right now bring your own power. and yes quite a few people are running 19 turn.
